Hello, I would like to request help checking the status of my two parcels.
Tracking numbers:
CP556342818CN
CP553952112CN
Both parcels were shipped with China Post SAL and have been in transit with no clear update for a long time. I understand that international shipping can have delays, especially to Brazil, but I need more detailed information because these parcels are important and I need them before June 20-23.
Please check with the carrier if possible and confirm:
1. Have the parcels already left China?
2. Are they still waiting for a flight?
3. Are they stuck at export customs?
4. Is there any issue with the parcels?
5. Is there any estimated time for the next update?
I am not asking for a guaranteed delivery date, I just need a clearer status update because I am worried about the long delay.

CP556342818CN is in Brazil now and should be delivered to you recently. CP553952112CN has been retained at the customs for a long time. It may couldn't pass the customs due to the declaration materials. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and solve the problem for you in time.

You need to require the seller to open a case to China Post to check the detailed reason.

They are sent by a slow way of China Post and usually take about 60-90 days to be delivered. CP556342818CN is normal and will leave China recenty to your country. CP553952112CN is not not normal and is stuck at the customs. You need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
