Saudi Arabia Post will receive them in your country and deliver them to you.

I think you should know China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus is a cheap service that needs a long time to ship. It usually takes two months to reach Saudi Arabia. Also, it couldn't be tracked after leaving China.
