Package RS506978703CN has been since December 9th (almost 3 weeks ago) with an unchanging status of Electronic Data Received.

Sender says status is unchanged because "busy season" and China Post has not had time to change the status. I think this is an excuse, as three weeks is far too long not to even acknowledge it has been taken to China Post offices.

I sent another package from another site with china post too with the same type of shipping, a few days later and it has been tracking properly.

I believe it means it has not even been shipped out.

What do you think?

My package, tracking number LS263074950CN, earlier today on one tracking site was updated that it left China on a plane. China Post says it was dispatched from sorting center. USPS tracking says origin post is preparing shipment. What is the status of my package? Thanks, Daisy.

I purchased a product from Amazon in December, which was shipped from China to Canada. The China Post tracking number is CP531421205CN. Unfortunately, I have not received the parcel yet.
I followed up with Canada Post, and they informed me that the tracking status still shows “Item mailed in originating country”, which suggests that the parcel may not have left China yet. The tracking information has not been updated since that status.
Could you please help check the status of this shipment with China Post or the delivery service and let me know:
- Whether the parcel has been dispatched from China
- If there are any delays or issues
