No usps tracking number provided. This shipment says delivered but usps confirmed that only a label was created and that usps would provide tracking update once they possess the package. Who is my delivery agent in Australia?
My parcel LL005032150399EX is showing as "it has been submitted" on 10/4. "Delivery arranged" on 8/4.
I would like to contact my local courier to check on the progress of my delivery as it says it has been delivered but I have not received it. In saying that, it said it had been delivered as soon as it arrived in Australia.

The tracking information does not make sense. It first said it was out for delivery for the past two days. Now it says it has been submitted. What does that even mean? I want a specific date my order will be delivered.
