Delivered but no delivery

Received tracking notification at 8.25am saying item delivered at 11.37am. Please explain how a delivery notification can be received 3 hours before the time it was supposed to have been delivered? No delivery arrived either. I've been arguing with the company I ordered from for 10 days now. What is going on with your company? I can see many people saying the same thing recently. Are your staff stealing the items?

The delivery status says that the package was delivered on the 29th to an address 3 minutes from my home. I went to where it said that it was to find out that it was not delivered there. I went to my post office yesterday because the delivery date changed to the 26th and stated that my post office delivered it to my house. These packages are to big for my post office to delivery. There is no information on where they are. It just says delivered, but they were not delivered to me. The tracking number is AG182454365CN.
