Delivered but not here.

I waited 3 weeks for my packages but now they are delivered but i got nothing. The tracking numbers are AM232470862CN and AM232470575CN. I need to know wich carier in germany delivered the package i only have the informations about China post.

Hi Iven,

If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Germany. Then, use the numbers to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
