MY PACKAGE,TRACKING #LY880031828CN, WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, I LIVE IN MONTANA NOT CALIFORNIA AS THE ADDRESS ON THE LABLE SHOULD SHOW

Hi JohnW59401,

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

I ordered an item that was delivered by your postal service. unfortunately the tracking number gives a wrong address. The track number : LV348770213CN delivered 30.11.21 at Boulevard Edmond Machtens 63 but my adress is Rue des 4 vents,3 6700 Arlon Belgium.
what can we do? Could you put me in contact with the sender because the sender's contact email is not working. Thanks for your help.
