Delivered to wrong Country

To whom it may concern,
I have a parcel tracking no LV327161194CN. It was delivered to France and not to Malta. Please advice?

It may be that your tracking number is incorrect, please contact the seller to get the correct tracking number

The seller may give you a wrong tracking number or filled the address wrongly. You need to contact the seller to check for the reason.

Unfortunately I cannot reach the seller as his email address is unreachable. In the initial email he send me about the shipping address, the address is correct.

I have the same tracking number. It supposes to deliver to Belarus but it has ended up in France. Very suspicious.
