Delivered to wrong country

Why my package was delivered to wrong address in wrong coutry? Destination country was Slovakia, but packade qas delivered to Slovenia!!!!

I paid for goods that were not delivered due to an error on your part! The sender sent me a shipping label with the correct address on it.

Hi Martin,

If it's sent to the wrong address, the seller could open a case to China Post to ask for compensation. You could ask for the seller to get refund in time.
