I am contacting you regarding a shipment that shows a delivery failure status.
According to the tracking information, the package could not be delivered, and I was advised to contact the local U.S. logistics provider for clarification and assistance. I believe USPS is handling the final delivery. I bought this item from Aliexpress. Please deliver my order.
Please help me check the status of this shipment and let me know:
The reason for the delivery failure
Whether a re-delivery attempt will be made

Thank you for your reply. However, I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
The item in question was not an order or a purchase from a seller, but rather my own personal belongings that I sent to myself when I was living in China. Therefore, there is no seller or platform involved.
Since the parcel has been lost, I kindly request that you either locate and deliver it to me or provide appropriate compensation for the loss.

Kindly find the attached document supporting this fact. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention and assistance.
