Hello, i sent parcel from Italy to Beijing on 11 april (ZA010277606IT).
the italian tracking says there are issues for delivery and they said to check tracking in the chinese post service, but here it says the same. Can i know what is the problem and how to solve it?

Hello,
I bought some lego type building blocks for my son's birthday on April 9th. It has gone through China Post with no issues up until April 24th when my parcel was returned to the sorting office. Now the update says that my parcel has been cancelled for exportation. How can I get it cleared for delivery?
