Hi there, I am expecting a parcel from Canada however the sender does not have a tracking number. How can I receive a delivery status?

Hi Michael,

If there is no tracking number for a package, then it couldn't be tracked. In most case, the package sent by air should arrive in Canada in 35 days. By Surface, within 40 days and by ship within two months. If you couldn't get it in time, you'd better contact the sender to give you a solution.
