I sent a parcel from USA with tracking number CH096721130US
The receiver has been calling the deliveryman on 18922183607 for 3days now and he isn't picking his call.
Can I have your office address, so the receiver can go pick it or what do I do?

Hi, I sent a parcel from Indonesia with tracking number EE207625298ID
The receiver and i have been calling the deliveryman on 18922183607 and the department of investment on 02086309719 for 3 days now ( since on Sunday 20 December,2020 ) and he isn't pickiéng his call. Same for the department number too. Nobody is picking the call.

May you please follow up the delivery? The status has been paused for 3 days. Last time the deliveryman even didn't get to Hong Kong and stayed in Shenzhen claiming unable to send out. Please make sure the same thing not happen again and pass to HK post office when unable to send out in HK. Thank you.
