Did my shipment made it in California, Los Angeles? Thank you

Why was this package (parcel number #LY560660021CN) sent to Lousiana? I live in Bakersfield California and documented to shipment to be sent to Bakersfield California?? I messaged the stupid company that made the item I purchased to Inquire why it was delivered there and requested my money back unless its shipped to me before Christmas? 21 days in transit and it ends up on the other side of the country? WTH? I dont understand how it was sent there?? Who do I need to speak to in order to get this straightened out?

I got a notification that they made a delivery attempt and left a card on the door at an address in SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA! I am in MICHIGAN and checked and the address is correct on the website so if there was an issue it is on chins posts sorting and delivery system. WHY THE HELL IS MY PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED IN SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA? im pressing charges on China post considering this is not the 1st time they've done this to us. I BETTER GET MY DAMN MONEY BACK
