Did not receive my package

ZC39549257699 Your website states it was delivered BUT IT WAS NOT!! Where is my package? There are no notations on the website on who was the local carrier so I don't know who to contact.

yoursite says the pardel was delivered on the 7th of this month hate to tellu i did not recive it nor got any notice that it had tried to be either
If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the local courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
