Did not receive package

The tracking number is: AM776190405CN
It says it was delivered on 26 April 2025 at 16:59. I have not received it and really want it. I am a disabled pensioner and every cent counts. I have asked sender to follow on from his side. Hope you can assist me.

Hi Narelle,

Sorry, we could only find it was delivered to LOGANHOLME,4129 on April 26. As you have contacted the sender, just wait for the sender to open a case to China Post to further check it.
