Did not recieve package

I did not recieve my parcel AG237916612CN, I opened dispute with seller, they say that they send it to you and have shown a parcel stamp.

Hi Norbert Krasnicki,

If you don't receive it, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.
