I Didn't recieve my package.

On the website it says my packages where delivered but i dint recieve my packages.I was wondering if you could help me locate them.

Hi BraydonT,

If it shows delivered and you don't receive it, you need to require the seller to open a case to China Post to check it for you.

Package stuck in shanghai since June 12 (3 replies)

Tracking number is CP414413630CN.
My package has been stuck in shanghai saying "Delivered by airline" for 17 days and i fear never being able to recieve it. Even with covid19 the delay is too much. Please help. Will i get my package? I would like an accurate estimate date for my peace of mind. The seller simply tells me to be patient and has ignored my concerns and questions so if i didnt recieve it i dont think ill get a refund. Please Please help.
