My friend send me a parcel on 30 july 2020 from china . But still i can not recieve my parcel . I want to asked how i know where is my parcel . Thanks

Hi Ishtiaq akhtar,

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. It's not normal. You need to let your friend go to the post office to check or call China Post service number 11183 to check it.

My package has been stuck in shanghai saying "Delivered by airline" for 17 days and i fear never being able to recieve it. Even with covid19 the delay is too much. Please help. Will i get my package? I would like an accurate estimate date for my peace of mind. The seller simply tells me to be patient and has ignored my concerns and questions so if i didnt recieve it i dont think ill get a refund.
