Package stuck in shanghai since June 12

Tracking number is CP414413630CN.
My package has been stuck in shanghai saying "Delivered by airline" for 17 days and i fear never being able to recieve it. Even with covid19 the delay is too much. Please help. Will i get my package? I would like an accurate estimate date for my peace of mind. The seller simply tells me to be patient and has ignored my concerns and questions so if i didnt recieve it i dont think ill get a refund. Please Please help.

Hi I’m waiting for my package, tracking number is EV976096136CN. China ems. It has been 45 days and I still haven’t received the package. Last update is on 27/05/2021 saying flight departure. Can you tell me what’s going on and when possible can I get my parcel?

EMS is slow at present. Airline departs on May 27 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

It was delivered by airline on June 12 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
