Its been almost 3 months i didnt get my parcel yet. Last time it was tracked on 13 june. In which it was mentioned that parcel is handed over to the airline. Please tell me where my parcel is. Is it lost.

My order is LZ476044767CN . I made my order November 14th and my item tracking keeps saying it is leaving overseas then is returned to fuzhou. This has happened 3 times! I still have not received the item and it is updated today and said item returned!! Help

It's not lost. It was delivered by airline on June 13 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
