Didn't get my package

My package says out for delivery for 2 days and when it says delivered I did not get my package. I checked the office but theybsaid they didn't receive any package. No package in the parcel locker either, so where is it? The tracking number is ZA00131013101.
I wasn't even notified if the package was transferred to USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx. I was only able to track on China post and that did not help.
Can you help locate my package?

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
