DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER.....WENT TO NEIGHBORS...ETC...POST OFFIC...STATES IT WAS DELIVERED TO MAIL BOX...BUT MAIL BOX IS AT THE STREET LEVEL...NOT ATTACHED TO HOME...IF THEY LEFT IN MAILBOX...AND usps CAME LATER...THEY WOULD REMOVE..AS ITS ONLY FOR usps MAIL...NEED A REFUND...OR SEND ME ANOTHER

Hi sharonrosenberger,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution (get refund or require another delivery) as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
