Didn't receive my Package

Tracking number UI620036822CN was provided. Tracking tells me it is in New York USA but I have never received the package. The shipper has stopped responding to my emails. What can be done?

Hi Lisa C,

You'd better try to check it through USPS as it's already in the US. If no result, you can only try to contact the seller to give you a solution.
