I have an issue with an order from China that says it was delivered on EMS, but I never received the package. USPS says "Label Created, not yet in system". Tracking ID is AG598281828CN.

According to the tracking information, AG598281828CN was delivered in SAN DIEGO CA 92128 on Nov.7 . If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
