Package stuck at Arrive at an overseas destination since 3/14/23

Tracking AG132334475CN

My package cleared us customs but has been stuck at “arrived a processing center” since 3/14/23. USPS status shows “Label Created, not yet in system”. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mih,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS to check it for you. If the seller doesn't reply you and you couldn't receive it in time, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Arrive at Destination Airport for 10 days (3 replies)

Seems to be a mixed responses what 'arrive at destination airport" means. Package from China to Canada has been stuck at "arrive at destination airport' since October 25th. Not sure if that means that it's waiting to get on a flight to Canada? My tracking # is EB731030823CN.
