So I have placed an order about 2 months ago and since January 26 my package has been stuck in “ Arrive at sorting center in destination country” I don’t know what to do, so can anyone help me? Thank you! (Tracking #UT489462427TH)

I am experiencing the same issue. I looked at your tracking number that you posted, and it’s odd because I received the same tracking number for the order I placed. The tracking number I was provided is also UT489462427TH and it has been stuck on “arrived at sorting center in destination country” since January 26. I’m so confused and frustrated at this point, and I don’t no how much more I can do. I contacted the company that I made the purchase from and they have provided zero help. Have you received your order?

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in the US. So, you can't get more update after Jan.26. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.
