eBay.com seller says that they have shipped my order without tracking ID but eBay shows that shipping ID is 89914967477 I couldn't track anyone help me

me han dado ese numero en ebay y la verdad es que no encuentro de que courier es y como se rastrea , alguna pista se agradece

my package never left China it took like 1 month to move to another place for transit its been in there since may 3rd no updates and I ordered it from ebay and I cant do anything on ebay side because the seller ignored me then ebay decided to not let me do anything with the purchase now and it say that the item number they give me is wrong so what do I do it was a small item but it was $100 and I still want it but if I would buy it now its 300$
