My item arrived more than 2 months later and worst the contents inside were wet and damaged.
Kindly advise how do I claim from EMS as it was obviously a delivery flaw.

Hi ken,

Is it an order from a seller in China? If so, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution for this. You couldn't get a solution from EMS directly.
