EV993894609CN. Paid EMS express shipping. Parcel has not left China. Still at 'Cleared and waiting International departure' No change for 16 days. Could someone please look into this for me, and let me know what has happened? Will my parcel arrive? How long will it be stagnant at the above status?
Purchase date of items were 11th July. Finally shipped 7th September. Now it is stagnating.

Good Morning, and thank you, Daisy. Your assistance is appreciated. I will wait more days. Merchant will be contacted at the end of those days for refund if not arrived. Thought EMS express would have more protection at a time when non arrivals seem to have become 'normal'
It was received by airline on August 24. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in time, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
