When tracking says "exchange bureau in guangzhou, have been exported directly" is the item really on its way? Has anybody above with the same question ever received their package? I've bought a few items from China before and I received it but this is the first time it happened through the exchange bureau.

It takes about 15-40 days for e-Packet from China to Canada to be delivered. It's sent by air.

Your package has been left Guangzhou from August 10th. It's in still transit to Italy now. When a package leaves China, there usually no tracking information for that before it arrives the destination country.
