I bought a product from Aliexpress, and tracking sites shows that the product is waiting for the user to pay the taxes. The seller says I need to contact the staff from Aliexpress, because it is not his reponsability, and Aliexpress's staff says I should pay for this tax. So how can I pay this tax? Did someone ever here had a similar issue and can help me please?

I have a brand new address and i am the first owners. My address is in the USPS database by t does now show up in the aliexpress database. So all my orders are sent to an incorrect address that does not exist and ends up returned to sender. How do I get the logistics company and aliexpress to update my address in their database?
