My address is new and does not show up on aliexpress

I have a brand new address and i am the first owners. My address is in the USPS database by t does now show up in the aliexpress database. So all my orders are sent to an incorrect address that does not exist and ends up returned to sender. How do I get the logistics company and aliexpress to update my address in their database?

Hi Drea,

You need to contact AliExpress to change it for you if you couldn't change it in your AliExpress account.

Can I change the delivery address that is on my goods? (1 reply)

I had ordered some goods via Aliexpress and unfortunately forgot to indicate my P.O Box address.
I however have indicated my street address, email address and phone number. Is it possible for you to send my goods to a postal office near my street address as I had been adviced by one of the sellers? Or is it possible to contact me to pick up the goods from anywhere around the country.
