Tracking number UR782214741CN says Guangzhou exchange station return. Does this mean it’s on its way back to the seller? Or just returning to the station to wait to get on a plane again? Or something else? Should I contact the seller or is this normal?

To my experience, it will be checked again and sent later. If you couldn't get it at the end of this month, you'd better contact the seller or open a dispute to get solution.
