Handed over to airline or coming by train/ship?

Hi, the delivery with tracking number CP394636454CN is stuck at "handed over to airline" since Nov. 22nd and there's no record of any flight carrying this shipment.
The seller said that China Post can also decide to send by train or ship, is this the case? Where is the parcel now? Can you please help?

Yes, that's the case. The parcel has been left China and is still in transit to Finland now. It takes about 30-60 days to be delivered.

Now the status changed to "Airline departure/Outbound flight departed". So is it coming by air after all? So confusing..
