I have already contacted the seller and they have been no help and I just want my package.
It has been stuck since 08/28
If you could help me I would greatly appreciate that.

Hi Koltzey,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was handed over to carrier transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
