haven't received my package

I ordered some shoes but it's been two weeks now and I haven't received my package. and I haven't received a tracking either so I don't know where my package is.

Hi rahap david,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the tracking number to track it. Or, check it through the platform you buy it to check the tracking number.
