Help! Do anyone know China Post Office from Zhongshan District, Dalian City??

Hi, I am sending my boss's parcel from Singapore to China but it seem that the parcel is not sent to receiver.
When i key in the Ref no to track the parcel, it shows me as below message:

Sat, Feb 11, 2017 09:54
[Department of Zhongshan district, Dalian City post] throw

Do anyone know what it means??

And anyone got the contacts for the China Post Office in Zhongshan District, Dalian City??

Really appreciate any help on this issue.

[Department of Zhongshan district, Dalian City post] throw means the postman delivered the parcel on the day to the recipient.

Is that further information showing it delivered successfully? Better let me know the tracking number in order to check it for you.

China Post Office in Zhongshan District, Dalian City is hard to contact. You can call China Post service number +86 10 11185 if you have any problem about the parcel. English service is hard to get. Better let a person who could speak Chinese to make the call for you.
