My order (tracking RE046963782CN to Canada) has not updated since April 10th, 2020... which is over 2 months now. It is telling me that "This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates." and Canada Post does not recognize the tracking number whatsoever.
I'm trying to be patient, but am getting a bit concerned that is has not moved beyond the first stages for this long. Can anyone tell me more information?

It's still stuck in China now. As it has been over two months that you still don't receive it, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
