Hi Maraya Gamon,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

Hello, I have several items that have been stuck in Shenzhen international mail exchange bureau since April.24th. There is no further tracking information for any. Will they ever arrive. I have heard they could be sent back and I will not receive my purchases. Here is a tracking number for one of the items : US522473933CN

These items were supposed to arrive September 16-19, 2020. It is now October 5. Can you tell me where my items are?
The latest tracking on the geek app has them as departed EPC warehouse on July 22. They've surely moved since then.
