How come my package have a unknown location?

Where is my package? How can i get updates on it? How come it say 7-14 shipping but on amazon it says January 8-28 ?

Hi Kanasia,

What's the tracking number? For international packages, few could be delivered in 7-14 days. Most of them takes about 20-40 days to be delivered.

Hi there,
I hope you can help me. I ordered something from Aliexpress on 20th April, and apparently it was handed over to the airline on 23rd April. It's 25th May and when I track it, it appears as it was in Singapore and now its location is "UNKNOWN". It also says "Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility (with the date of 23rd April). Could you please let me know where my parcel is?
