How do I unlock my package?

My package is definitely stuck (EW168278753FR) even though three invoices were carefully included. How can I get it unblocked and send them what they need? No one has contacted me since December 22, 2025.

The customs has noticed the receiver in China, he needs to submit customs declaration materials or go through return procedures. You'd better also pucsh him to submit.
