My package was supposed to be sent to UK from Germany but somehow arrived in Beijing and was forwarded to Shanghai. Can anyone give me some information for what happens in error cases such as this? Tracking number is RR293240647DE. It's been over 40 days since the last update so I am not sure if it being sent back to origin or the destination or just been stuck in Shanghai for all this time?
