How to Contact USA Secondary Sorting Center?

The vendor does not respond, and their website hasslehub dot com seems to be gone.
So, I need to find out if
UT517015039CN
is a real package, and where it is.
It should be a Large, heavy Bed Kit package to me in Laguna Hills, California, USA. Tracking says
"Arrive at US secondary sorting center United States" since 21 Nov 2019. It is now, Dec 30, 2019.
Apparently no departure records from that facility.
Please, how can I find it?
Is it stuck somewhere, or lost, or stolen?
How can I call or contact the "secondary sorting center United States" to check their incoming and outgoing records?

All my packages were supposed to be here last week and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone because I recognized I put the wrong address how can I get in contact with someone?!!

its a place where scammers send an empty letter to their counter parts. and ur item was never shipped might as well try to get u money back before ur time expires

Same as everybody else except for date mine has been there since September 2019. Post office can't tell me nothing, bank won't refund money $382.00 and company won't email me back. Company was suppose to be in Florida till I tried to obtain a phone number to find out they were in China. Good ole secondary processing center.

Is this a scam. If it comes to the US THERE SHOULD be a center to receive our packages.

Have you received your package yet? I’m having the same issue. It arrived at the sorting center almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting and trying to figure out how to contact them.

Tracking number from China, AS706085683CN arrives on 7/9/21 and was listed as in sorting center since and now it just shows arrival on 7/8/21 help, where are these boxes and they were supposed to be free delivery to Tehachapi at my work address…. Please find and advise please, thank you!

I have a package that ur company delivered to secondaries sorting center in the us and it hasn't moved since 8/20 tracking number is uu217616891cn can u check to see if all documents needed were sent with the package

I am also having the same problem where my package has been in the US secondary sorting center since August 22, 2021 and I can't get in contact with the vendor does anyone have any idea as to what i should do?

My packages have been sitting in a secondary sorting center since 08 August 2021...tracking number UU228577709CN China post...tracking has run out...does the sorting center even exist?...already tried contacting China post but no response...how can i find out if my packages are there or is this just a big scam

No one have contacted the US secondary sorting center United States successfully. You can only contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
