My parcel US198512175CN has been stuck at an US secondary sorting center since 8/7/2021 what can I do to get it moving again? Seller says I need to just wait

Hi Cheryl,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives at the US secondary processing center. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

US198010149CN stuck at US secondary since 08/13/2021. It's a storage shed that was scheduled for delivery 08/20/2021. When can I expect it to be released from sorting center and when will it be delivered? This is utterly ridiculous!!!
