How to know if I really have my package being delivered or if I got scammed

I have been waiting a very long time for this supposed e bikini had got but I haven’t been able to find much on its where abouts.i would like to get a refund if it doesn’t exist. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone can you help me?

A package was supposedly delivered to me on November 15 at 5:11pm per tracking ZA02766941701 · China Post.

I never got the package and CHINA POST does not deliver on US soil. What carrier did they transfer it to and what is THAT tracking number? For some reason I do not believe this because it was free shipping of dumbbells to the US.
