I am writing regarding my order YYD2387123001US/package, which is marked as delivered, but I have not received it.
According to the tracking information, the package was delivered on 26.12.2025, however it has not arrived at my address. I have checked with neighbors and around the delivery area, but unfortunately, I still cannot find it.
Could you please help me clarify why the package was marked as delivered and where it might be now?
