I did not order LO7869856CN so why was it sent to me? I have been waiting a long time for a necklace that has not arrived but did not order this charging cord

I order a package on April 31, 2020. It is now May 21, 2020 and my package is still in transit. It has been there since May 8, i understand that it is due to COVID-19 but I order from China since then and got my order so I don't understand why this order hasn't been shipped out. This is really nerve wrecking.
