On April 17th I placed an order on an international shipping website. As of today May 21, I still do not receive the package. The order tracking website has not been updated since May 1, that is, 20 days ago ... The company does not answer me. Here in Spain they do not know anything either,
Can you tell me where my order is? When will they arrive?
Other international orders made later have already reached me a few days ago.
