My package was never received in the tracking, only my city is, but not my address only marks that it has been delivered in the mailbox, I never received anything and I can find no way to contact xichen or the messenger who sent it for more details because it only seems delivered in bell gardens 90201 in mail box and my correct address is 5708 Cecilia st bell gardens CA 90201

Hi Luis A osorio,

If you can't contact the sender, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
